A covering purchase order or letter, giving specific instructions for shipping, billing, delivery, item descriptions (including colour and size) is required for all orders.

Terms:

Prices are net & subject to G.S.T & P.S.T. where applicable.  All shipments are F.O.B. U.B.M.'s Warehouse.  We ship the most reasonable way and charges are added to your invoice.
Terms on credit orders are net 30 days.  Minimum order $10.00 (cash), - over $25.00 COD. or Credit (with prior approval only).  Current orders will not be shipped on past due accounts

Subject to a restocking fee of $10.00.  All returns must have prior authorization.  Returns will only be permitted for items which are reselleable, and if returned within 30 days.
